Isaac Palmer 
Isaac was born on September 13th, 1719 in Concord Township, Chester (now Delaware) County, Pennsylvania. Isaac's father was John Jr. Palmer and his mother was Martha Yearsley. His paternal grandparents were John Palmer and Mary Southery; his maternal grandparents were John Yearsley and Elizabeth Simcocke. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Moses, John, Mary, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Martha, Susanna and Susanna. He is the third oldest of the ten children.-
