Simon Mills 
Simon was born in 1637 in Dorchester (later named Windsor), Hartford, Connecticut. Simon's father was Simon Mills and his mother was Sarah Bissell. His maternal grandparents were John Bissell and Mary Drake. He was an only child. He died at the age of 46 on June 8th, 1683 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.-
