Jesse was born on December 6th, 1829 in Burton Dassett, Warwickshire, England.  He died at the age of 80 on July 8th, 1910 in 1712 North Monroe home in Peoria, Illinois.  He was buried in July 1910 in Evergreen Cemetery, El Paso, Illinois.
