John McDowell 
John was born in 1714 in Longford, Northern Ireland. John's father was Charles McDowell and his mother was UNKNOWN Rachel. He was an only child. He died at the age of 82 on October 18th, 1796 in Pleasant Gardens, Burke County, North Carolina.General Notes
