Benjamin McDonald 
Benjamin was born on January 12th, 1774 in Timber Ridge, Frederick County, Virginia. Benjamin's father was Benjamin McDonald and his mother was Margaret Massey. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Gabriel, James, Rebekah and Sarah. He died before July 28th, 1855 in North River Mill, Hampshire County, Virginia. He was buried in McDonald Cemetery, Pine Mountain, Virginia.
Benjamin and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony about 1800. They had three sons and eight daughters, named Evan, Benjamin, James, Elizabeth, Margaret, Phebe, Anna, Mary, Sarah, Rebecca and Catherine.
Benjamin and Mercy Nixon Reed were married in a religious ceremony after 1846.
