Mordecai was born on April 24th, 1686 in Hingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Mordecai's father was Mordecai Lincoln and his mother was Sarah Jones. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Lincoln and Martha Lyford; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Jones and Sarah Whitman. He was an only child. He died at the age of 50 on May 12th, 1736 in Amity Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on May 12th, 1736 in Friends Metting House Cemetery, Essex, Pennsylvania.General Notes
