Sarah was born in 1660 in Holywell, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England.  Sarah's father was Richard Jennings.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 84 on October 18th, 1744 in London, Middlesex, England.


Sarah's family with John Churchill

‌Sarah and John were married in a religious ceremony on October 1st, 1678.  They had a son and a daughter, named John and Anne.
