Hans Rudolph Hyer 
Hans Rudolph was born in 1729 in Benken, Arisdorf, Switzerland. Hans Rudolph's father was Lienert Heyer and his mother is Clara Grace Lutzler. His paternal grandparents were Anton Heyer and Anna Elizabeth Ruflin; his maternal grandfather was Rudolph Lutzler. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Leonard, Hans Ulrich, Antoni, Ursula, Elizabeth, Clara, Magdalene, Eve and Anna Barbara. He died at the age of 73 in 1802 in Stokes County, North Carolina.-
