Catharine Hittel 
Catharine was born in 1746 in Northampton (later Lehigh County), Pennsylvania. Catharine's father was Michael Sr. Hittel and her mother was Anna Marie. She was an only child. She died at the age of 83 in February 1829 in Catawissa, Columbia County, Pennsylvania.
‌Catharine and Johan George were married in a religious ceremony in 1762 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. They had a daughter named Catherine.
