Johan Georg Hering 
Johan Georg was born on October 3rd, 1761 in Greenwich Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Johan Georg's father was Johann Georg Hering and his mother was Marcretha Unangst. His paternal grandfather was Johann Georg Hering; his maternal grandparents were Andreas Unangst and Maria Katharina Brunn. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Johannes, Andreas, Maria Magdalena, Catharine Elisabeth and Maria. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 53 in 1814 in Greenwich Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.-
