Sarah Elizabeth Harper

Sarah Elizabeth was born on April 19th, 1885 in Pad, Walton, West Virginia.  She died at the age of 21 on January 25th, 1907.

‌Sarah Elizabeth and Perry Sylvester Bess were married in a religious ceremony on June 4th, 1903 in Roane County, West Virginia.
