Conrad was born on June 16th, 1740 in Lynn Township, Northampton/Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Conrad's father was Hans David Billman and his mother was Anna Maria Bentz. His paternal grandparents were Georg Caspar Billman and Anna Maria Gurr; his maternal grandparents were Hans Martin Bentz and Anna Saltzmann. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, Son, Son, Dewalt, Anna Margaretha and Elizabeth Katherina. He died at the age of 57 on March 10th, 1798 in Cedar Run, Toboyne Township, Perry County or Lynn Township, Northampton (later Lehigh County), Pennsylvania.
