Anthony was born after 1681.  Anthony's father was Richard Arnold and his mother was Sarah Chamberlain.  His maternal grandparents were Richard Chamberlain and Elizabeth Woolston. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, William, Andrew, Richard, Elizabeth, Sarah and Grace.  He was the oldest of the ten children.  He died in September 1746 in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

‌Anthony and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on September 30th, 1737.  They had a daughter named Hannah.
