‌James E. and Florence were married in a religious ceremony on January 7th, 1899 in Grayson Co., Virginia.  They had six sons and two daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Robert, Reid, Coy, Page Lee, James, Author, Selma, Alma and Gwyn.
