Her paternal grandparents were Simon Willard and Elizabeth Waterman; her maternal grandfather was Raynold Humphrie and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth. She had a brother and a sister, named Simon and Catherine. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas, George, Richard, Edward, John, Elizabeth and Mary. She died at the age of 54 in 1656 in probably MA.-
