David Shaw 
David was born in 1691 in Queenstown, Earlstown, Kilkenny, Ireland. David's father was David Shaw. His paternal grandfather is Mr. Shaw. He had two brothers named Joshua and Seth. He is the oldest of the three children.
David and Mary were married in a religious ceremony in Northern Ireland. They had three sons and two daughters, named James, William, David Jr., Catherine and Sarah.
