John Gilbert 
John was born on September 17th, 1572 in Bridgewater, England. John's father was Giles Gilbert and his mother was Joan Pearce. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Giles jr., William, Thomas, Matthew, Hunphrey, Elizabeth, Joan, Anne and Susannah. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died in Taunton, MA.
John and Alice were married in a religious ceremony on August 3rd, 1580 in Bridgewater, England. They had two sons and a daughter, named Thomas, John and Elizabeth.

Thomas was born on April 25th, 1589 in Beverly, England. He died at the age of 70 on September 5th, 1659 in Wethersfield, Conneticut.
