Roger was born in 1120 in Lancashire, England. Roger's father was Richard Fitzeustace and his mother was Albreda Of Pontefract Lisours. His paternal grandparents were Eustace Fitzjohn and Agnes Fitznigel; his maternal grandparents are Robert De Lisours and Albrida De Lacy. He was an only child. He died at the age of 57 in 1177.-
