Patrick was born in 1135 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England. Patrick's father was Walter De Salisbury and his mother was Sibyl De Chaworth. His paternal grandfather was Edward Of Salisbury and his paternal grandmother is Maud Fitzhubert; his maternal grandparents are Patrick Chaworth and Matilda Hesdin. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Walter, Sibilla and Hawaise. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died due to Battle In Piotou after April 1168 in Piotou. He was buried in Abbey Of Saint Hilaire, Poitiers.-
