Lambert II was born in 0659.  Lambert II's father was Chrodobertus II Chancellor Of Neustria and his mother was Doda.  His paternal grandfather was Lambert I Duke Of Neustria. He had a sister named Daughter.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 82 in 0741.

They had a son named Rutpert I.
