David Laffayette Boyd 
David Laffayette was born on December 3rd, 1823 in Tennessee. David Laffayette's father was Jeremiah Boyte and his mother was Susannah Keicher. His maternal grandparents were Conrad Keicher and Margaret Lyerle. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John Keicher, UNKNOWN, Andrew, Jeremiah (jr), Joseph A., Martin Luther, Darius Esterly, Martha, Mary Ann and Sarah Ann. David's comrads in the Confederate Army, Company "I" of the 11th Calvary who are thought to be the soldiers who murdered John. John had been summoned to meet with David and was murdered on the way.
