Thomas was born about 1689 in West Falmouth, Barnstable, MA. Thomas' father was Thomas Bowerman and his mother was Mary Harper. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Icabod Bowerman and Hannah Annabel; his maternal grandparents were Robert Harper and Deborah Perry. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Stephan, Benjamin, Samuel, Deborah, Experience, Waitsrell, Mary and Hannah. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died after 1739 in Barnstable, MA.-
