James Jasper Anders 
James Jasper was born in 1861 in Fries, Virginia. James Jasper's father was James Jasper Anders and his mother is Sarah Sally Evans. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Anders and Sarah Richardson. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Newton E., John J., Osborn, Floyd, Celia and Rachel. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 85 in 1946.-
