Warren L. Eby 
Warren L. was born on December 9th, 1857.1 Warren L.'s father was Warren Eby and his mother was Virginia Locke. His maternal grandparents were William French Locke and Rachel Myers. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Henry Jason, Clarence D., Willelma French, Lucy Virginia, Rachel Ann, Katherine and Sue Carrell. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 46 on July 13th, 1904.1 -
