A word about the name "St. Philbe rt ".  I find numerous refe ren c e s to
the
name "St. Phi liber t" and "St.Phi lbe rt".  A s far as I can de
te r m in e
they
are two diff e re nt spellingsf or th e sa me family.  I find the sa me
people
spelled with e i ther spelling. Even the o riginal saint (died 684) tha t
th e family is pre s u med to benamed afte r, I fi nd spelled bot h
