Agnes was born in 1084 in Halton Castle, Skipton, Yorkshire, England. Agnes' father was William I Fitzneel and her mother was Miss De Widness. Her paternal grandparents were Nigel Constable Of Chester and Mrs Nigel Chester; her maternal grandparents were Yarfrid Baron Of Widness and Mrs Yarfrid Widness. She had a brother and two sisters, named William II, Albreda De and Matilda. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 82 in 1166 in Alnwick Castle, Northumberland, England.-
