Adeline De was born about 1102 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.  Adeline De's father was Robert I De Beaumont and her mother was Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Beaumont and Adeliza Adeline De Mellant; her maternal grandparents were Hugh The Great' Crepi and Adelaide De Vermandois. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert Bossu The Just De, Waleran Lord De, Isabel Elizabeth De, Eleanor De, Alice Dau Of Robert De and Maud De.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William De, Reginald De, Ella De, Ada De and Gundred De.  She died in England.

‌Adeline De and Hugh IV Gaunt De were married in a religious ceremony about 1088 in England.  They had a son and a daughter, named Thurstan De and Alice De.
