David Whitehead 
David was born about 1647 in Of Hempstead, Long Island, New York.1 David's father was Daniel Whitehead and his mother was Jane Skidmore. His paternal grandparents were John Whitehead and Elizabeth Alcocke. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, Jonathan, Adam, Thomas, Jemima and Elizabeth. He is the second oldest of the seven children.-
