John WITT 
John was born in 1710 in Manakin, Albemarle, Va. John's father was William (Guilliame) WITT and his mother was Elizabeth Mildred DAUX. His paternal grandfather was John WHITT and his paternal grandmother is Ann DAUX. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin, Charles "C", Abner, Lewis, David, William, Sarah and Agnes. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 72 on March 4th, 1782 in Amherst, Va.General Notes
