Joseph WHEELER 
Joseph was born in 1751 in NEWARK, ESSEX, New Jersey. Joseph's father was Caleb WHEELER and his mother was PHEBE Johnson. His paternal grandparents were James WHEELER and Mary EVERETT; his maternal grandfather was Hezikiah JOHNSON and his maternal grandmother is Hannable PIERSON. He had two brothers and four sisters, named James, Caleb, Mary, Ann, ABIGAIL and PHEBE. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 8 on August 30th, 1759.General Notes
