Catherine was born about 1335 in Of Warburton, Cheshire, England.  Catherine's father was Geoffry WARBURTON and her mother is Alice UNKNOWN.  Her paternal grandfather is Geoffry WARBURTON. She had three brothers and a sister, named Geoffrey, Thomas, John and Johanna.  She is the second youngest of the five children.
