Ann was born on March 6th, 1726 in NEW YORK NY and her baptism took place on March 6th, 1726 in New York, New York. Ann's father was Abraham VAN HORN and her mother is Marie PROVOOST. Her paternal grandfather was Cornelius Jansen VAN HOORN and her paternal grandmother is Anna Maria JANS; her maternal grandparents were David Provost and Tryntje (Catherine) LAURENS. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Abraham, Cornelius, (Captain) Cornelius, David, Samuel, Mary, Cathrine, Cornelia, Helena, Janetje and Margarete.
