Curtis Tucker 
Curtis was born on September 8th, 1798 in Brooklyn, Kings Co., NY.1 Curtis' father was John Tucker and his mother was Ann Talman. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Tucker and Elizabeth White. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James, Joseph, John, Lydia, Leah, Rachel, Martha, Margaret Ann and Hannah. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 in 1853.2 General Notes

According to Biographical and Genealogical History of the City of Newarkand Essex County NJ, vol 2, pg 395 Curtis was b. in Brooklyn NY and d. in1853. G.H. Tucker says Curtis was m. 7 Feb 1827 in Shark River, NJ.
