Samuel TRIMMER 
Samuel was born in 1790 in Decatur, Juniata, Pa. Samuel's father was Paul TRIMMER and his mother was Jane MCELWAIN. His paternal grandparents were Anthony Or Toenes TRIMMER and Elizabeth Or Susanna HOUSHALL; his maternal grandfather was Moses MCELWAIN and his maternal grandmother is Agnes MILLER. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Anthony, UNKNOWN, Thomas, John, John?, Mary (Polly), Nancy, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Mary Or Polly. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 57 in 1847 in , Robinson Twp., Washington Co., Pa.General Notes
