Phoebe Spencer

Phoebe was born on August 23rd, 1804. Phoebe's father is David Spencer and her mother was Elizabeth Epperson. Her maternal grandparents were Littleberry Epperson and UNKNOWN Elizabeth. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Moses, Thomas Jefferson, Joshua Hutson, Polina R., Nancy Anne, Elizabeth E. and Catherine Miller. She is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
