Jacob STOVER (STUBER) 
Jacob was born in Berne, , Switzerland. Jacob's father is Christian Stover and his mother is <Unknown> UNKNOWN. He was an only child. He died on June 24th, 1741 in Orangeco, Va. He was buried in June 1741 in Augusta Stone Ch, Near Staunton, Augusta, Va.General Notes

Jacob Stover did not affiliate with the Quakers. He owned over 10,000 acres near the southern branch of the Shenendoah River, Boone's Run, near the the North Mountain in Orange County Virgina & Massanutten County. He had sold 1500 acres to Sarah's brother George Boone in 1733.
Jacob and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on March 15th, 1715 in Christ Church, Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They had four sons and three daughters, named Jacob, Abraham, Dau, John Martin, Magdelena, Dau and Barbara.

Once the couple was married, Sarah Boone had moved to Shenendoah Valley in Virginia. Jacob Stover acquired property in the Shenendoah Valley near the end of North Mountain. He sold some of this land to George Boone of Oley. Another deed was signed by Margaret Stover, wife of Jacob in 1738. She was probably his second wife.

Jacob Stover
Jacob was born in 1717 in Christ Church, Philadelphia, Berks County, Pennsylvania and his baptism took place in 1741 in Lunnenberg, Virginia. He died at the age of 50 in 1767 in Granville County, North Carolina.
Abraham Stover
Abraham was born in 1720 in Berks County, Pennsylvania. He died after 1787 in Carter County, Tennessee.
