Robert SLOAN

Robert was born on June 29th, 1897 in , Rutherford, Tennessee. Robert's father was James Mathias SLOAN and his mother was Martha Lavinia JAMISON. His paternal grandparents were Archibald G. SLOAN and Margaret W. JETTON; his maternal grandparents were John Wesley JAMISON and Sarah Ann COLEMAN. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William, James Wesley, Nannie, Mary, Nettie, Sallie and Flora. He is the second youngest of the eight children.
