- Information came from Kathryn R. Merris. William had two sons named
William. One died early. Several families did this, by naming another
child the same name if one of them died early! William named wasspelled
as "Skarborowe in his will. His children were spelled the same in baptism
records. The Woburn parish records 1558-1653 were examined in
Bedfordshire by Marilyn L. Winton.
‌William, Sr. and Agnes were married in a religious ceremony on January 21st, 1580 in St. Mary's Church, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND. They had seven sons and three daughters, named William, George, James, Timothy, Hugh, William, Jr., Robert, Elizabeth, Alice and Agnes.
