Sofie Eleonore Princess Of was born on November 23rd, 1609 in , Dresden, Dresden, Saxony and her baptism took place there on December 17th, 1609.  Sofie Eleonore Princess Of's father was Johann Georg I, Elector Of SAXONY and her mother was Sibylle (Magdalene) Princess Of PRUSSIA. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Son, Prince Of, Christian Albert, Prince Of, Johann Georg Ii, Elector Of, August, Duke Of, Christian I, Duke Of, Moritz, Duke Of, Heinrich, Prince Of, Marie Elisabeth, Princess Of and Magdalene Sibylle, Princess Of.  She was the second oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 61 on June 2nd, 1671 in Darmstadt, Starkenburg, Hessen-Darmstadt.  She was buried on July 11th, 1671 in Stadtkirche, Darmstadt, Starkenburg, Hessen-Darrmstadt.
