Paulus ROOME 
Paulus was born about 1741 in Of Pompton Plains, Morris, Nj. Paulus' father was Pieter Pieterse ROOME and his mother is Annetje (JOHANNAH) BERRY. His paternal grandparents were Pieter Willemse ROOME and Hester VAN GELDER. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Pieter, Jacobus, Catalyntje, Hester, Annetje, Deborah and Marytje. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died on June 3rd, 1771 in Pompton Plains, Morris, Nj.General Notes
