Sarah RIGGS

Sarah was born on July 31st, 1824 in Library, Allegheny, Pa. Sarah's father was John RIGGS and her mother was Mary PHILLIPS. Her paternal grandparents were Edward RIGGS and Mary HIGBEE; her maternal grandfather was Josiah PHILLIPS. She had ten brothers named David, Edward R., Josiah, Lewis T., Joseph B., John P., Robert L., (Dr.) William J., Obediah Hezikiah and (Dr.) Isaac W.. She is the second oldest of the eleven children.
