Thomas PHILLIPS 
Thomas was born on March 23rd, 1774 in Peters Twnship, Washington,, Pa. Thomas' father was David PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary THOMAS. His paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, John, Joseph, Joseph, Josiah, David, David, Isaac, Mary, Rachel, Martha and Sarah. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 65 on March 29th, 1839 in Sandy Creek Twns.-
