Agnes De was born in 1134 in Of, Whitby, Yorkshire, England and her baptism took place in Also Of, Alnwick, Northumberland, England.  Agnes De's father was William De PERCY and her mother was Alice (Adeliza) De TUNBRIDGE (CLARE).  Her maternal grandparents were Richard De CLARE and Alice (Adeliza) De MESCHINES. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Walter De, Alan De, Richard De, William De, Maud, Alice and Emma.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers named Gruffudd Ap, Cunedda Ap, Randwlff Ap and Richard Ap.  She died about 1205.  She was buried before October 1213.

‌Agnes De and Joscelin De Louvain were married in a religious ceremony about 1154 in Of, Egmanton, Nottinghamshire, England.  They had four sons and four daughters, named Henry De, Joscelaine De, Robert De, Ralph De, Eleanor De, Alice De, Maud De and Lucy De.
