John PARKE

John was born in 1660 in Stonington, New London, Ct. John's father was Thomas PARKE and his mother was Dorothy (Dority) THOMPSON (TOMPSON). His maternal grandparents were John THOMPSON and Alice FREEMAN. He had six brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Thomas, Robert, Nathaniel, William, Richard, Robert, Martha, Alice, Dorothy, Alice and John. He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 56 in 1716 in Preston, New London, Connecticut.
