Olive was born on February 28th, 1728 in Somersworth, Strafford Co., Nh.  Olive's father is Zachariah KNOX and her mother is Sarah PITMAN. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Joshua, Joseph, Zachariah, Benjamin, Thomas, Jonathan, Mary, Temperance and Olive.  She is the third youngest of the ten children.
