Jane was born on June 10th, 1790 in Of, Pikeland, Chester, Pennsylvania. Jane's father is William Milhous and her mother is Hannah Baldwin. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Milhous and Sarah MILLER; her maternal grandparents are Joshua Baldwin and Mercy Brown. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Joshua, William, Mercy, Sarah, Rachel, Hannah and Phebe. She is the youngest of the nine children.-
