William C MILHOUS 
William C was born on September 15th, 1811 in <Colerain, Belmont, Oh>. William C's father was William MILHOUS and his mother was Martha VICKERS. His paternal grandparents are William Milhous and Hannah Baldwin; his maternal grandparents were Thomas VICKERS and Jemima MENDENHALL. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Vickers, Thomas, Joshua Vickers, Rebecca V, Hannah, Jane and Martha. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
