William MATTHEWS

William was born on September 5th, 1697 in Of, New Castle Co., Delaware.  William's father was Oliver MATTHEWS and his mother is Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He had three brothers named Thomas, John and George.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died about 1739.
