Thomas Oliver was born on August 17th, 1750 in , Baltimore Co., Md. Thomas Oliver's father was Oliver MATTHEWS and his mother was Hannah JOHNS. His paternal grandfather was Thomas MATTHEWS and his paternal grandmother is Sarah THOMAS. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Daniel, Mary and Hannah.
