John Wesley MATTER 
John Wesley was born in 1876 in Rosencranz, Clinton, Pa. John Wesley's father was Josiah MATTER and his mother was Emma C BAY. His paternal grandparents were Adam MATTER and Sarah "Sally" DUPPENDORF. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Mahlon Madison, Lester Atwood, William Henry, Ralland Allen, Harry Winslow, Milton Turban, Richard Edward, Vernie Angevine and Lairie Ann. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 59 in 1935.General Notes
